AccessPoint, a leading human resources outsourcing company headquartered in Michigan, had outdated marketing materials and a website that lacked useful content to engage the visitor. They looked unsophisticated compared to their competitors.

Real Integrated was tasked with designing and developing their marketing materials and updating their website by creating a more engaging user experience. We researched the industry and immersed ourselves into the AccessPoint’s business and determined that the most significant hurdle they had to overcome is skepticism. Their potential clients don’t believe that outsourcing HR will increase profitability, reduce employee turnover or grow their business faster. We developed messaging focused on the true benefits AccessPoint provides and communicated that via a consistent look across all mediums – brochures, flyers, direct-mail, digital ads, videos, and, of course, web. This created a seamless brand experience through all client touch points.

As part of that process, we created a richer website-user experience with appealing copy and informative video content. After interviewing over a dozen AccessPoint leaders, we created video content outlining the company’s philosophy and explaining each of the major services offered.

The multi-channel digital campaign we implemented to drive visits and introduce people to the brand is generating significant leads, and universally-positive feedback. We utilize banner ads, pre-roll video and boosted social posts, all driving people to the website. Once there, visitors quickly understand the true benefits of partnering with AccessPoint.

In six months, we have increased website traffic by 72%. Pageviews over that same period rose 83% as we enticed visitors deeper into the site with enriching content. The redesigned site began producing new sales leads immediately and combined with the high-impact collateral showcased AccessPoint as a leader and helped close deals with hesitant clients.
